A Garden of Roses

Garden of Roses

Life is a series of moments and risks.

First published work: Notes to People
I wrote this over a period of several months through making a series of observations about life and particularly people. I wanted to finish some conversations. I think I published it too early. I was so excited, but now I feel a sense of something lacking. I had begun adding additional entries, but without the writing of the observations, I feel a sense of loneliness. I will need to pursue the goal of finishing another session of Notes to People. It was just such an amazing experience. You can find it on Nook and Kindle. I hope you will.
Work in Progress! Chattering Swallow
A murder mystery of the most fascinating kind. And hard as heck to write. I'm stuck on chapter 15, but I'll make it through. I have set my goals: August 1 for completion. Keep me honest, friends. Check in on me. Make sure I'm writing. And then ask to read it. You have no idea what that does for an author.
Finished work, seeking an agent: Fires at Christmas.
A romance of the most fun kind. Julie gets stuck in a snowstorm in Edgewood, of all places, and meets the man of her dreams. Fantasy land, fiction, for sure, but fun to write, and fun to read. I hope someone else thinks so too.

UPDATE!! Fires At Christmas is out to an agent in FULL MANUSCRIPT FORM! Holy crap! This is so exciting.
